Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention. If you’ve ever been absorbed in a movie, or lost track of time doing something you love, you are already familiar with this state of pleasant focus.
Sessions are safe, confidential, and you are fully in control the entire time.
(And unless you want to quack like a duck… that part’s optional.)
15 minutes of hypnosis can be as restful as an hour of sleep.
